In this paper we address the potential of a 3 TeV center-of-mass energy Compact Linear Collider (CLIC) to measure branching fraction Higgs boson decay two photons, $\mathrm{BR}(H\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma})$. Since photons are massless, coupling is realized through higher order processes involving heavy particles either from Standard Model or beyond. Any deviation measured $\mathrm{BR}(H\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma})$, and consequently ${g}_{H\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma}}$ predictions Model, may indicate new physics. The thus an interesting probe sector. This study performed using simulation detector for CLIC by considering all relevant physics beam-induced in full reconstruction chain. It shown that product production cross section ${W}^{+}{W}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ fusion $\mathrm{BR}(H\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma})$ can be with relative statistical uncertainty 5.5%, assuming integrated luminosity $5\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{ab}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ unpolarized beams.
